When choosing a Real Estate Professional, review their history!

As a long time resident of the Peninsula, I have seen the the area change from a rural, summer retreat to the vibrant and bustling community it is today.

My roots go back to the 1950's here.  I was a student at Crescent Park Elementary, White Rock Junior High, and graduate of Semiahmoo Senior High School.  I completed  my  university at Simon Fraser University, earning a B.A. Economics (Urban Economics) and B.A. Commerce (Finance).

I paid for my university education by framing houses in the summer, where I developed my love of house building.   I built my first house on the Peninsula in 1976, and have built in every major subdivision since then.  I was certified as a professional builder, and a certified R2000 builder.

During the 1990's, I travelled to Japan and consulted for their 2x4 home industry, completing 26 trips, where I learned about building for earthquake prone areas.

My real estate career was a natural extension of the building industry.  I offer my clients a strong understanding and knowledge of homes, building, and construction techniques and practises.  This strength is a true benefit for both purchasers and sellers.  I can help you find a great house, or if you are selling, show you simple techniques to enhance the value of your home.  Consultations are always complimentary.

"Ron Robinson is an outstanding Realtor.  He is calm, confident, and has a great attention to detail.  Ron knows the market intimitely, and is able to provide his clients with accurate market knowledge.  We really enjoyed working with Ron.  And, when our home sold in only 4 days, at 99% of asking price, we were thrilled!  We highly recommend Ron to all our friends and family."   Jim & Katherine Heisler
